Born in Mauritius, Vishnoo Seeneevassen turned professional in 1998 having started in golf as a caddie at Gymkhana Golf Club.
Vishnoo’s greatest golfing success was winning the Mauritius Open in 1985  and the Madagascar Open in 1996 as an amateur. Seeneevassen is  currently the number 1 Senior Professional in Mauritius.
In the 2024 season, Seeneevassen participated in the MCB Tour Championship – Mauritius, finishing 54th with a total score of 230 (+14).
