The Welshman enjoyed his finest year on the over 50’s Tour in 2021 as he held off the challenge of Miguel Angel Jiménez to win The Senior Open on the Old Course at Sunningdale, two other top ten finishes helped him to the Order of Merit for the season.
Dodd already had three wins on the Legends Tour with the 2016 Senior Italian Open, 2017 European Senior Masters and the 2018 WINSTONgolf Senior Open.
He entered a select group of players to have won on all three tiers of the European Tour with his four Legends Tour titles adding to his three wins on the DP World Tour and one on the Challenge Tour.
Won the WGC-World Cup for Wales in 2005 alongside Bradley Dredge.
In 2025, Stephen Dodd remained active on the Legends Tour, competing in several high-profile events. His schedule included appearances at the Swiss Seniors Open, the ISPS HANDA Senior Open, the Staysure PGA Seniors Championship, the Grass & Co English Legends, and the Black Desert NI Legends.
