Made a successful return to the Qualifying School to secure another season on the Senior Tour in 2015. A closing round of 68 at Pestana Resort’s Vale da Pinta course meant he moved up the leaderboard on the final day, eventually claiming the second full card.
Had previously joined the Senior Tour by winning the 2009 Senior Tour Qualifying School in style with a final round 67 to finish three strokes clear of the field, having progressed through First Stage a week earlier. His 14 under par 270 total inn Portugal was the lowest 72 hole total at the Qualifying School since 2001.
