Henrik began competing on the Challenge Tour and Swedish circuits, after several years playing competitively, he became a certified PGA Professional and worked as Head Professional at Crete Golf Club.
He notably won the 2013 BlackSeaRama Pro-Am.
In 2025, Engdahl participated in several Legends Tour events, including the Black Desert Northern Ireland Legends, Grass & Co English Legends, Staysure PGA Seniors Championship, Swiss Seniors Open, and Reignwood Legends Championship.
