Phil Harrison is a former English professional golfer and the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Legends Tour. He was appointed to this role in September 2021, bringing over 40 years of experience in both playing and golf course management

During his playing career, Harrison made more than 200 appearances on the European Tour, having started as one of the youngest PGA club professionals in the United Kingdom. He later transitioned into golf course development and management, contributing to the development of several golf clubs and academies.
