Miguel Ángel Jiménez is a legendary figure within European golf, 21-times a winner on the DP World Tour!

The cigar smoking Spaniard won the Senior Open in 2018 on the Old Course at St Andrews, finishing one shot ahead of Bernhard Langer to claim his second Senior Major but his first Legends Tour title. His first Senior Major came two months earlier in the Regions Tradition, a PGA Tour Champions sanctioned event – a Tour where he’s won 13 times.
Jiménez is a 21-time winner on the DP World Tour in a career where he made a record 721 appearances – his first victory the 1992 Belgian Open and the last at the Open de Espana in 2014. Almost as famous for his warm-up stretches on the range as his golf at times, he has also enjoyed a signature move of “holstering” his putter whenever making birdie or better! He’s made ten holes-in-one on the DP World Tour.
Miguel made four appearances in the Ryder Cup as a player, winning two and losing two.
Affectionately nicknamed “The Mechanic” for his love of driving cars, if not fixing them!
