He recorded three top ten finishes from the 11 events he played in his maiden campaign, including 8th place at the MCB Tour Championship in Mauritius.
Back in his homeland Jason also won the 2023 Australian Senior PGA Championship.
He was victorious at the 2017 Fiji International, a co-sanctioned Asian Tour and DP World Tour event – carding eight birdies in his final round to win by four shots. The
victory was life changing as just a week earlier he had been working part-time in his local pro shop.
He considers his driving of the ball as the strongest part of his game and has three other wins, from the PGA Tour of Australasia and the Von Nida Tour.
Has survived two major health issues, firstly a serious bicycle crash in 2007 which left him with facial injuries which came close to being fatal, while in 2013 he contracted viral meningitis during a tournament week.
