Kriss Akabusi is a former British sprint and hurdling athlete, celebrated for his achievements in the 400 metres and 4x400 metres relay.

Olympic medal winning athlete, Kriss Akabusi represented Great Britain in the 400m & 400m hurdles from 1983 – 1992, holding the British record over 400m hurdles at 47.82 seconds – one that still stands today!
After competiting, Kriss found a passion for TV, presenting several shows such as Record Breakers and The Big Breakfast in the 90’s.
