  1. Introduction
    • The promoter of ‘Meet and Greet’ (the “Prize Draw”) is Legends Tour, Wentworth Drive, Virginia Water, Surrey, England, GU25 4LX (“Promoter“).

 

  1. Eligibility to Enter
    • This Prize Draw is open to global residents. Entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of entry.
    • Entries must be completed by midnight – Sunday 4th June. Any entries after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.
    • Entrants must have a maximum handicap of eighteen (18) for men & twenty four (24) for women in order to take part.
    • Entrants must be available for the Wapp Celebrity Series Pro-Am on Thursday 8th June at La Moye Golf Club, Jersey.
    • Any travel/accommodation to take part WILL NOT be covered by the Legends Tour and at the winner cost.

 

  1. Prize
    • There is one (1) prize available which consist of the following:
      • Two (2) x places in the Wapp Celebrity Series Pro-Am at the Jersey Legends 2023
    • The winner of each prize (together the “Winners”) will be drawn at random.
    • The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and the Winners cannot request any alternative prize.
    • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

  1. How to Enter
    • To enter you must clearly follow the entry criteria per channel;
      • Twitter: a user must follow both @EuLegendsTour & @WappTravel, and also tag one friend in the comments.
      • Facebook: a user must like both @EuLegendsTour & @WappTravel, and also tag one friend in the comments.
      • Instagram: a user must follow both @EuLegendsTour & @WappTravel, and also tag one friend in the comments.
    • Each time a user tags a friend in the comments counts as one (1) entry. Maximum number of entries are unlimited.
    • The Promoter’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Prize Draw.
    • Only tickets purchased for named day entry to the Irish Legends 2023 are valid for entry into the Prize Draw.

 

  1. Winner Announcement
    • The Winners will be notified after 5/06/2023 – one days after conclusion of the Prize Draw Period via the social media platform to which they entered.
    • The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winners by email up to three (3) times.
    • If the Winners do not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within twenty-four (24) hours of the third email, they will lose their right to the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

 

  1. Data Protection and Publicity
    • By entering the Prize Draw, you consent to any personal information you provide during purchase to be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to publish each Winner’s name on the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and on its website found legendstour.com.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability
    • The Promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Prize Draw or being selected as a Winner, save that the Promoter does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

 

  1. General
    • The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
    • The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
    • If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to render your entry invalid.
