Legends Tour Season Ticket Competition

Read the terms and conditions for our exciting competition and enter for your chance to win a season ticket for you and one guest to attend one of the biggest events on the 2022 Legends Tour schedule:

• Staysure PGA Seniors Championship

Enter the competition via our social media channels by commenting on the relevant post. To formally enter please tag in the comments the person you would like to bring with you and make sure that you follow the EU Legends Tour and share our post. Each comment is a single entry and make sure you enter before XXPM on XXXday May 2022.

• The promoter of the competition is European Legends Tour Limited, Company No: 12520960, whose registered office address is: European Tour Building, Wentworth Drive, Virginia Water, Surrey, England, GU25 4LX
• The European Legends Tour Limited trades as, and is referred to in this document, as “Legends Tour”
• The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except employees of The European Tour Group, The Staysure Group of companies, Howserv Ltd, European Legends Tour Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• The competition will be launched on social media on XXth April 2022 and will run until XX May 2022. One winner will be drawn at random and contacted via social media.
• To be entered into the competition, participants must comment on the relevant post with the name of the guest they would like to attend one of the events with as well as follow the EU Legends Tour and share the post before XXPM XXXday, X May 2022.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The prize will be posted by courier to the winner within the UK; the Legends Tour reserves the right to not post the prize outside the UK depending on the cost of transport and any other fees; no alternative prize will be offered.
• The prize does not include any other expenses whatsoever and no alternative prizes or cash prizes are available. The prize is not transferable.
• Legends Tour reserves the right to ask for proof of age and may use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided.
• Each comment will be accepted as a single entry. Multiple entries from the same person are valid only where different guests are tagged.
• The winners must respond and confirm their acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of being notified. If any of the winners are unreachable or unable to comply with the present Terms & Conditions, then Legends Tour reserves the right to offer the prizes to the next eligible entrant drawn at random
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing [email protected]
• The competition is not, in any way, sponsored, supported, endorsed, or organised by any social media platform
• Legends Tour may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the competition information or these terms and conditions.
• Legends Tour’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these terms and conditions and the competition information, Legends Tour shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify such entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. In these circumstances, any prize(s) won by the entrant may be forfeited and Legends Tour reserves the right to reclaim any prize(s) already distributed to the entrant. Any entrant must comply with any directions given to him or her by Legends Tour including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.
• The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
