Thomas Levet holds the record for the most wins on the European Tour by a Frenchman, with six victories to his name.

Levet played once in the Ryder Cup, representing Team Europe in their victory of 2004 at Oakland Hills. His most recent European Tour victory was his emotional Open de France triumph in 2011, which was tainted by a broken leg he suffered by jumping into the greenside lake in celebration.
His first Legends Tour victory came at the 2019 Farmfoods European Senior Masters at Forest of Arden, a year after making his debut in the same event. The Frenchman has been in sensational form in 2021 with back-to-back victories at the Legends Open de France hosted by Jean van de Velde and Scottish Senior Open hosted by Paul Lawrie.
